The surface must be very clean and free of dust, oil, or silicone for the wallpaper to stick properly. Please note that Peel and Stick wallpapers do not adhere well to damp, uneven, or rough textured surfaces.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes, all of our products are fully customizable. If one of the listed sizes doesn't work for you, just send us a message. We will create a custom listing for you for free.

What is your policy for returns or damaged items?

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged during shipping, we will reproduce the damaged parts and deliver them to you free of charge if you contact us with a photo as soon as you open the package. Additionally, if you damage a panel during your own application, don't worry! We keep the print data for 6 months. If you provide the number of the damaged panel, we will send a replacement for free.

Will the colors and design look exactly like what I see on my screen?
